A sealed indictment landed 32-year-old Maurice Darnell Stewart behind bars in Rutherford County earlier this month. Stewart, who is currently behind bars, lives in Smyrna, Tennessee.

The suspect will file a plea to one charge of Aggravated Sexual Battery and two counts of Rape of a Child on April 26, 2017.
