The Salvation Army will be open during the day Thursday as a warming station. Lt. Monica Seiler tells NewsRadio WGNS from 8am until 5pm, people are invited to stop in and get out of the cold. She also invites those would like to stay for a warm dinner at the Center of Hope shelter at 5pm. The Salvation Army and shelter are located at 1137 West Main Street, just off Salem Highway or Highway 99.
