Should you let a stranger in your home? The answer is usually “NO.”

A Murfreesboro woman told police she received a knock on her apartment door. The 67-year old woman told officers a female was standing outside requesting to come in. The female told the complainant that she was with AT&T.

No word on what the woman wanted, because the complainant refused to let her inside. A call to AT&T revealed that they did not send anyone to the Mercury Boulevard address. That being said, her visit remains a mystery. AT&T told the complainant to call the police. 

Suspect description: White female, slender build, 5’6” to 5’8”, late 20’s or early 30’s.
