Construction theft - Over $10,000 in tools and equipment stolen

Spectra Physics Laserplane (Note: This is not the actual unit that was stolen)

A Husqvarna chainsaw, Black and Decker Skill Saw, a $4,000 pipe cutting laser and a $5,000 Spectra Physics Slope Laser was stolen from a construction site. The $10,000 “plus” theft occurred on Lovelace Lane near Oakland High School.

According to the police report, the tools and equipment were in a locked trailer. So far, the stolen items have not been recovered and a special watch was placed on the property by police.
