A 75-year old Nashville man has been apprehended in Rutherford County for a second time in the past 3-months on sex offender related charges. In March, Paul Little was apprehended on a single charge of “violation of the child sex abuse law.” Little was booked into the Adult Detention Center in Murfreesboro and later released. The culprit is evidently homeless. Now, for a second time, Little has been rearrested in Rutherford County. The suspect was taken into custody around lunch time on Monday and charged again with “violation of the child sex abuse law.”

Little, who is on the sex offender registry, was convicted of sexual exploitation of a minor in 2006. He remains jailed in Murfreesboro under a $3,000 bond. In March, his bond was $500-lower and that amount rang in at $2,500.
