Comer was charged with having sexual contact on three different occasions over several months with another 16-year-old girl, the detective said. Comer was previous convicted of statutory rape and sexual battery of two 16-year-old girls in Davidson and Wilson Counties.

Craig says he's a dangerous, repeat offender who targets teenagers.

Fugitive Squad Sgt. Randy Morrow and Deputy Jack Keisling located Comer in Wilson County and transported him to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.

Comer is being held on $75,000 bond. A hearing is set Oct. 26 in Circuit Court.
