More fake money has arrived in Murfreesboro. This time, the McDonalds on Memorial Boulevard is where the counterfeit bills were used.

The clerk who took the money immediately noticed the two $20 bills that were used to pay for meals had the same serial numbers on them. So, she called the police. Luckily, she was able to hold onto the bills which were turned in as evidence.

MPD Detectives now have access to the video surveillance recordings that captured the suspects in line at the fast food eatery prior to using the fake cash. However, an arrest has not been made as the culprits have not been identified.
