County Students Graduate; School's Almost Out

The last of Rutherford County's high schools have given seniors their diplomas, signifying the start of a new chapter for thousands.

Central Magnet kicked off graduation season last Wednesday. Stewarts Creek had theirs last Thursday. Eagleville, Holloway and Smyrna celebrated seniors on Friday. Siegel, Riverdale and Blackman on Saturday. La Vergne and Oakland held their ceremonies on Sunday.

The rest of Rutherford County and Murfreesboro City School students anticipate the start of summer break this week. Wednesday is the last full day of classes. Friday is a two-hour day to pick up report cards. Friday also marks a half day for Murfreesboro City School students.
