23-year old Jonathan Montano of Cypress Drive was arrested on a single charge of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor in Murfreesboro. Police were led to Montano after the father of a young girl discovered that his daughter had allegedly been communicating with his child via text messaging. Detective Tommy Roberts took control of the child’s phone and continued communications with Montano. Police later obtained additional evidence which eventually ended with a face to face interview with the subject.

During a police interview, the official arrest report shows that Montano confessed to sending multiple pictures of his private male anatomy to the child. The report further states, “He also admitted to asking her to have intercourse,” and additional charges may follow.

The suspect was booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center and later released after posting a $5,000 bond. Montano will be in court on December 12, 2013.
