(RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TN) Heavy rains in the mid-state are creating flood conditions on area roadways. WARNING: The long periods of heavy rain has created flooding in areas of Rutherford County. Do not attempt to drive on roads over which water is flowing.

Please use extreme caution when driving. Remember, "Turn Around, Don't Drown."

Avoid these areas:

  • Armstrong Valley Road between Veterans Parkway and Yeargan Road
  • 11098 block of Rockvale Road
  • Vaught Road and Goochie Ford Road slab
  • 15639 block of Versailles Road

For your safety, please do not attempted to drive through high water on the roadways.
