A Smyrna resident who got his 4th DUI charge on Wednesday (1/20/16) while driving in Murfreesboro will be in court this March.
44 Year old Mario Antone Gregory is accused of leaving the scene of a domestic violence assault that was reported on Gunnerson Avenue. Police spotted Gregory's Lincoln on Willowbrook Drive. During the stop, officers say he had slurred speech and bloodshot eyes.
During questioning, Gregory refused to take a field sobriety test. It was also confirmed that he had three prior DUI convictions and five prior driving on a revoked license convictions.
The Smyrna man was arrested and charged with his 4th DUI. He was also charged for the Domestic Violence crime that he was allegedly leaving the scene of when pulled over.
Gregory was charged with:

- Driving on a Revoked License #6
- Violation of the Implied Consent Law
- Habitual Offender
- Domestic Violence
Gregory will be in court on March 29, 2016. As of Thursday, the subject remained behind bars at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
