For the 8th time a Benley Street man has been busted for Driving on a Revoked License. Kendall L. Sherrill was stopped for a moving violation on Memorial Boulevard at Northfield Boulevard Tuesday evening. When Murfreesboro Police ran a drivers license check it was quickly revealed that he had 7 prior run in's with the law for driving on his revoked license. This most recent stop equaled number 8.

According to state law, when a motorist is caught driving on a suspended or revoked license, the time period for which the license is suspended can be increased for an additional year in some cases.

For those who have had their license suspended due to traffic fines or penalties, Tennessee does not require the driver to pay the full amount due at one time. However, your license will not be reinstated until the complete amount due is paid in full. For more information CLICK HERE.
