A golf cart, valued at several thousand dollars, was stolen from a local car dealer. The theft was reported at Mikey’s Motor’s on Thompson Lane. To steal the golf cart, someone had to cut a Master Lock that was on the golf cart.

So far, the cart has not turned up.

Mikey's Motor's is the local car dealer that allows the volunteers with the annual Rutherford County Christmas Parade to use their golf cart's during the actual parade and the parade line-up. The golf carts are used by the parade judges and coordinators each December.
