The driver of the car that was allegedly in the wrong lane was identified as Erik Harvey. His vehicle reportedly struck another vehicle occupied by one female driver.

As a result of the collision, the woman in the car that was allegedly struck by Harvey had to be transported to the local hospital. The female received over 20 stitches to her knees and head and several staples due to her injuries. She also had a fractured wrist.

Mr. Harvey was charged with DUI and violation of the open container law after a field sobriety test was administered. Evidently, his license was already on suspension due to a previous DUI charge. Harvey is free on bond.
