Early voting going Continues in Rutherford County

Early voting continues for the March 1, 2016 primary. You can early vote now through February 23rd.

Rutherford County Election Administrator Alan Farley told WGNS that Election Day for the primaries on March 1st will be heavy, but an even bigger turnout will take place on November 8th for the State, Federal, General and Municipal Elections.

Voters need to bring a state or federal government issued ID with them. The voter's registration card is the first choice for election officials to verify because it has the voter's number on it and speeds up the process.

Where and When to Early Vote in Rutherford County:

Early voting for the March 1 primary is available February 10th - 23rd at seven polling locations except on Sundays and on the February 15th for Presidents Day.
