Murfreesboro Rotary Club is forming an evening club with its inaugural meeting set for 6:00 o'clock this coming Tuesday evening at the Gondolier Restaurant, 219 Northwest Broad Street.
Rotarian Frank Caperton said, "If youre looking for a civic organization geared towards business, educational, law enforcement, medical and countless other professions, yet you work during the business day--this new evening Rotary Club is perfect for your schedule. Members will have much in common. They will have a desire to improve our community and have strong work ethics to live by Rotary's 4 Way Test."
He explained that Rotary activities are all based on the club's 4 Way Test:
- Is it the truth?
- Is it fair to all concerned?
- Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
- Is it beneficial to all concerned?
Caperton noted, "The Murfreesboro Evening Rotary is for the young and the young at heart. It presents great networking opportunities while hearing engaging speakers. Members will enjoy friendships with others who wish to make a difference."
Again, the inaugural meeting will be at 6:00 o'clock this coming Tuesday evening at the Gondolier Restaurant, 219 Northwest Broad Street.
