For the 6th time a Murfreesboro man has been arrested and charged with driving on a revoked license. 42-Year old Edward Biggers was pulled over for a registration violation on River Rock Boulevard on Sunday. According to the report, “A routine warrants and driver’s license check revealed that Mr. Biggers’ license was revoked and that he also has an active attachment order warrant.”

You may be curious as to what the “active attachment warrant” was all about… good question. In this case the warrant was issued because Mr. Biggers was supposed to appear in court for his alleged failure to pay child support.

Biggers was taken to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center and placed under a $15,165 bond. He will appear in juvenile court for the attachment order hearing on April 16th and in General Sessions Court for the 6th charge of driving on a revoked license charge on May 6th.
