This Saturday evening, Murfreesboro residents will have an opportunity to meet city and county elected officials in a "non-partisan atmosphere that is family-friendly". MURFREESBORO VOTES will be 6:00 to 8:00 Saturday night at SportsCom, 2310 Memorial Boulevard at DeJarnette Lane.

First Baptist East Castle Pastor James McCarroll, Jr. told NewsRadio WGNS what they hope to accomplish . . .

This is FREE and open to the public. Meet our current city and county elected leaders, police chief, fire chief, community leaders and talk with candidates seeking positions in the current election.

There will be free food, door prizes, live music and an opportunity to meet and talk with other residents from this community.

Again, your entire family is encouraged to attend MURFREESBORO VOTES from 6:00 until 8:00 this Saturday night (10/27/2018) at SportsCom, on the corner of Memorial Boulevard and DeJarnette Lane.
