VERBATIM: The award winning honor guard from the Murfreesboro Fire and Rescue Department raised and lowered the colors, while local Boy Scouts and military will retire Old Glory. State Senator Jim Tracy presented new flags to the county. A special thanks to Rutherford County Property Assessor Rob Mitchell for organizing the event.
