Flooding Getting Better

The National Weather Service says flooded streams should get better by Wednesday. The Rutherford County Highway Department reported to them there were several local roads impassable due to high water from the heavy rainfall. Flooding was especially bad around Elam Road and West College and the underpass. The Stones River and it's tributaries are expected to continue to recede as the heavy rainfall is over.
