Rennick’s history in Rutherford County’s business and arts communities is expected to be an asset to the three year old advertising firm. “We expect Lee’s relationships to expand our footprint in Rutherford County,” says Partner Steve Barker. “Our current clients will get to take advantage of her legendary passion and commitment.”

Rennick recently left her position as the Executive Director of the Business Education Partnership Foundation at the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce where she helped to develop a relationship between business organizations and both the Murfreesboro City and Rutherford County School systems which allows educators and students to understand the application of class curriculum to the "real world." During her 12-year tenure, she created the State Farm Summer Business Camp, Counselor Leadership Institute, and Bc3 Academy for Math/Science Study Enhancement, as well as working with Leadership Rutherford and Nissan North America to enhance Youth Leadership Rutherford and the BEP/Nissan Teacher Mini-Grant programs, respectively. Previous to her time at the BEP Foundation, Rennick was the Marketing Director at the Daily News Journal where she created the RUTHIE Awards. She has a bachelor's of science degree in marketing from the University of Missouri and certificates in non-profit leadership and management from the Nashville Center for Non-Profit Management. She is a 2001 graduate of Leadership Rutherford and long-standing member of the Murfreesboro Noon Rotary Club.
