A woman in Michigan is getting involved with a local case dealing with accusations of child neglect. This past May the mother of a 3-month old baby was arrested after the Department of Children Services contacted police. The three month old son of 22-year old Rachel Henley only weighed as much as an average 2-week old. As a result, Henley was charged with aggravated child neglect.

Mary Tracy from Michigan is a former board certified international lactation consultant and retired paralegal who learned about the charges against Henley in an online news story. She later spoke to Henley's lawyer and further researched the case.
