Murfreesboro Police rushed to South Rutherford Boulevard around 5:30 Friday afternoon in response to a serious crash The accident was about halfway between South Church and the Manchester Pike.

One of the victims was rushed to the ER at St. Thomas Rutherford hospital in criticlr condition. Once stabalized, they were taken by LifeFlight helicopter to Vanderbil Medical Center.

The roadway was closed until almost 10:00 o'clock Friday evening as the police' FACT Team (Fatal Accident Crash Team) gathered evidence.
