(MURFREESBORO) The 'Boro Art Crawl on Friday night (8/9/2019) was not only successful, but it added to the welcoming ambiance flowing around the historic Murfreesboro district.

The talents of local artists was enjoyed by all who attended. It offered a casual atmosphere in which to meet these creative spirits , become more aware of the benefits of Murfreesboro's downtown square, as well as fellowshipig with friends.

Special thanks to Shacklett's Photography, while the Crawl was taking place--live music from their east side of the square balcony was entertaining a growing number of persons. Becky Buller and Ned Luberecki offered a variety of musical favoites and added to the city's festive feeling.

Many retailers remained open to welcome the people-packed square, where parking proved to be limited.

The restaurants also enjoyed the benefits of the throngs, which created the need for waiting lists. However, that was not a problem--you simply put your name on the list and then did the 'Boro Art Crawl in your wait time.

In essence, it was another Norman Rockwell image of life in America during less hectic times that comes to life daily in Murfreesboro.
