The sexual abuse of children in our society is unfortunately quite common in this day and age. The Child Advocacy Center in Murfreesboro is aiming to reduce the numbers and to ensure offenders are prosecuted.

Keylon Holloway with the Child Advocacy Center told WGNS that the non-profit organization aims to train another 3,000 community members with the Darkens to Light program in 2017. That will put their total number of those trained at 10,000 by the end of this year...

Holloway told WGNS that 85% of the time, the first signs of abuse against children comes out in the classroom.
