A woman recently stole a small gold bar from Jim's Coin Service in Murfreesboro and later tried to resale the $3,500 precious metal at another coin shop. A Police Report shows the woman distracted the owner of the store when she took the bar.

After taking the bar the female went to Middle Tennessee Coin Exchange and tried to sell the gold bar, but the operator of the store realized something wasn't right and called Jim's Coin to alert him of the situation. Police then responded in hopes of nabbing the woman, but were too late.
