Grow Operation Found in Saddlebrook Drive Home

A 19-year old Saddlebrook Drive man faces several charges, including operating a grow operation in a dwelling. Erik Eilers was arrested by Murfreesboro Police early Sunday morning after they responded to a noise complaint. Outside the home, Officer C. Woodard reports smelling marijuana. Once inside, he reports seeing glass pipes and bongs along with a grow located in the bedroom. Several plants, jars containing marijuana, packaging equipment and more were seized. Eilers is being charged with maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of selling narcotics, felony possession of a schedule six drug and drug paraphernalia charges. He's behind bars at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center on 47-hundred, 500 bond and will be in General Sessions Court on January 13th.
