Two guns were stolen from a home in the 34-hundred block of Almar Knot Drive, just off Blaze Drive.

Murfreesboro Police Officer Corey Didier responded to the theft call Monday afternoon around 4 o'clock. The victim told the officer he returned home around 5:30 Saturday night from the gun range and placed both guns in his garage. Around 10am Sunday morning, he noticed the guns were missing.

The victim says he believes the garage door was shut and doesn't know of anyone who would have stolen them. One was a Ruger 1022 Ranch Rifle with a wood stock and the other a High Point Carbine 45-caliber black handgun.

Both were entered into the NCIC database.
