Another bomb threat was reported at the O'Charley's on Old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro. The threat came in on Halloween afternoon around 4:30 on Tuesday.

You may recall a previous bomb threat at the same O'Charley's was reported on Sunday. In that case, the restaurant was evacuated and no evidence of an explosive device could be found.

On Halloween, management told police the caller sounded like a black male in his 20's or 30's. The caller stated, "Get everyone out, there is a bomb, I will be there in an hour."

After the police searched the building and gave it the all clear, the manager signed the bomb threat waiver.

Police now have the phone number of where the call came from, but it is not yet known if it can be traced to the person who actually called the threat in on both Sunday and Tuesday.

At this point, an arrest has not been made.
