Home burglaries continue in Murfreesboro and Rutherford County.

This is one of several in recent days:

The back door of a home on Alexander Boulevard in Murfreesboro was shattered several days ago when unknown persons burglarized the residence.

According to a police incident report, a total of three televisions were stolen in the burglary that was reported on May 12, 2016. Of the flat screen TV's stolen, one was a 47 inch and two were 42 inch televisions.

In addition to TV's being taken from the home, a Samsung Galaxy tablet and a Nintendo Wii were also stolen.

The theft added up to more than $6,000.
