Hot Dog Recall

The company that makes the popular Nathan's and Curtis hot dogs is recalling more than 200-thousand pounds of the products after receiving complaints of metal found in the packages.

John Morrell and Company reports no confirmed reports of injuries or adverse reactions from the products.

The recall is on 14 ounce sealed film packs labeled "Nathan's Skinless 8 Beef Franks" with a use by date of August 19th and "Curtis Beef Master Beef Franks" with a use by date of June 15th.

The packages were sent to grocery stores and retail locations nationwide.
