Rutherford County Pet Adoption and Welfare Services invites the public to their 2nd Annual Howloween Adoption Event October 23-26 during normal business hours. All adoptable animals in the shelter will have a name your own adoption fee for the entire event.
All of the pets available will be spayed or neutered, and have appropriate vaccinations based on their age. Potential adopters will be screened using the shelter’s standard adoption procedure.
“We are excited to expand this year’s event to multiple days” states Michael Gregory, Director. “The staff was ecstatic to adopt 16 pets into new homes during last year’s event and is anticipating an even bigger event this year. Nothing would be more exciting than to have an empty adoption floor after the event.”
