A crash involving a motorcycle and pickup truck on I-24 at Epps Mill Road claims a life.

The crash happened around 4pm in the westbound lanes (toward Nashville), which were closed at mile marker 88 while the Tennessee Highway Patrol investigated. That was 1-mile from the Buchanan Road exit, which is mile marker 89.

The lanes were re-opened around 6:30pm.
