Middle Tennessee Medical Center has added another fellowship-trained plastic surgeon, Nicholas A. Tarola, MD, specializes in breast reconstruction for breast cancer survivors.

Dr. Tarola received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed both his internship and residency in general surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia where he also served as Administrative Chief Resident of General Surgery. Dr. Tarola completed his fellowship training in plastic surgery at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. He and his wife, Adrienne, have three sons, Dominick, 7, Vincent, 5 and Anthony, 2.
