For the 4th time, a Murfreesboro woman has been charged with DUI. 37-year old Solita G. Morris was pulled over on the New Salem Highway Friday morning. Police say that Morris was driving into the opposite lane of traffic when stopped. Morris was also charged with driving on a revoked license. She was placed behind bars under a $5,500 bond and will appear in court in October.
