A Murfreesboro man was arrested at Rogers Park on Sunday. Jacques Dewayne Harris who goes by the nickname of “Lil Yo” allegedly had seven small baggies of weed in his possession when arrested. Harris was charged with manufacturing, delivering or selling a schedule 6 drug. Harris will appear in court on October 25th.
