Exercise Physiologist Tony Mitchell is the March "Heart for Healing" honoree. A patron of St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital's Wellness Center said that Tony is not only knowledgeable, but he has a passion to help along with being very patient. They said that Tony Mitchell starts clients gently down the road to wellness through exercise and encourages them to better health along the way.
