Seniors have been enjoying the hot days with waterguns as a way to beat the heat.

Most recently, residents at Traditions of Smyrna got the chance to sneak in a little summer fun before the unofficial end of summer, Labor Day Weekend.

Leaders at the senior living community utilized their ample outdoor space for "water wars" complete with water guns and water balloons to keep residents cool during the dog days of summer.
