Matt Rigsby has been named the new Siegel boys basketball coach. He succeeds Dyron Birdwell, who resigned to take over the Oakland boys basketball team.

Stars principal Larry Creasy said, "I am excited to announce Coach Matt Rigsby as our new Boys Basketball Head Coach."

Rigsby has been an assistant at Siegel under Birdwell since 2017 after spending nine-years as the Cannon County head coach.
