Rutherford County Sheriffs Deputy Scott Parker is dedicated to helping others. He was patrolling I-24 and noticed a woman with three children stranded on the roadside with a blowout. She attempted to change tires, but did not have the proper wrench to remove the lug nut. Deputy Parker came to the rescue and changed the tire. The wife's husband wrote to Deputy Parker, “A huge thank you for keeping my wife and three children safe."  Rutherford County Sheriffs Deputy Scott Parker receives dinner for two to Demos' Restaurant as our Outstanding Emergency Responder.
