A murder that happened in June of 2018 will soon see the daylight of court in an upcoming trial.

27-Year-old Dylan Biddle Jr was shot and killed at a home on Old Lascassas Road during what appeared to be a home robbery. Rutherford County District Attorney Jennings Jones explains what Murfreesboro Police found when they arrived to the home at 1311 Old Lascassas Road 3-years ago…



Suspects Albert Mustapha, age 23 of Murfreesboro and  21-year-old Devonte James of Shelbyville face first degree murder, felony murder, aggravated robbery and employing a weapon during the commission of a dangerous felony.  The duo remain behind bars as they await their upcoming court date of September 8, 2021.
