Mindy Bell believes in supporting and encouraging young women to achieve more from life. That’s why two-years ago she volunteered to be the scoutmaster for this area’s first all female Boy Scouts of America troop. Eight months ago, some of the girls earned the prestigious honor of becoming an Eagle Scout. This is also the troop who retire flags with dignity that are brought to WGNS.
