July 4th Weekend - Shoplifting Highlight of the day

Here is a July 4th weekend story about shoplifting that we thought we would highlight…

Someone really wanted beer on July 5th. An unknown man entered the Murphy Express gas station on Memorial at Northfield Blvd. and loaded up his arms with six cases of Bud Light. The man then made a struggle to the front door without dropping a single case. The subject, who was carrying a total of 108 cans of beer (18-pack cases), made a mad dash to an awaiting Cadillac. The Caddi' was a 2005 SUV model.

The worker in the store was able to write down the tag number and the car returned to an address on Unionville – Deason Drive in Bell Buckle, Tennessee. So far, an arrest has not been made.
