(MURFREESBORO) The Rutherford County Criminal Court Clerk's office indicates that the judge has called for a hearing on February 24, 2020 in the case dealing with Kelsey Ketron and Universal International Insurance Company.

The judge wants to hear what agreements are being considered on both sides of the case in which 70 charges were filed just before last Thanksgiving.

In a hearing on November 25, 2019, Kelsey Ketron was charged with 30-counts of Impersonating a Licensed Professional, 14-counts of Money Laundering, 12-counts of Aggravated Perjury, five-counts of Fraudulent Insurance Acts $250,000 or more, five-counts of Forgery $250,000 or more, two-counts of Fraudulent Insurance Acts $60,000 - $250,000, Fraudulent Insurance Acts $10,000 - $59,999, Theft of Property $10,000 - $60,000, and Theft of Property $60,000 - $250,000.

If an agreement can not be reached, Kelsey Ketron's trial could start in April. Again, the upcoming hearing is set for February 24, 2020.
