Multiple tornadoes struck Middle Tennessee after dark on November 5th and 6th and the National Weather Service sent survey teams out to access the damage. The Christiana tornado was rated a high-end EF-2, the strongest of the seven total tornadoes. It was the strongest tornado to strike Middle Tennessee in nearly three years.

Rutherford County Solid Waste has delivered extra open top containers to the two Recycling/Convenience Centers nearest the storm area.
Arrangements have been announced for Angie Walker, who passed away during Tuesday morning's tornado.
