Nearly 800 MTSU students are preparing to accept their hard-earned degrees at the university's summer 2017 commencement ceremony, set this Saturday inside Murphy Center.
Two thousand five hundred forty-three (2,543) students will graduate from the university during the two days' events, including 2,171 undergraduates and 372 graduate students.
U.S. Rep. Diane Black and Rutherford County Deputy Mayor Jeff Davidson will be on hand Saturday, Dec. 10, to celebrate with an estimated 1,891 MTSU students receiving their degrees in dual fall 2016 commencement ceremonies inside the university's Murphy Center.
MTSU will award an estimated 2,383 degrees during its three spring 2016 commencement ceremonies this Friday and Saturday, May 6 and 7, inside Murphy Center.
MTSU celebrated its student-veterans approaching commencement with the second Graduating Veterans Stole Ceremony Wednesday (Aug. 5) and Howard, 28, was among 11 student-veterans attending.
On Aug. 9, according to a report from the university’s Registrar’s Office, 853 students are set to graduate from MTSU.
MTSU’s upcoming spring 2014 commencement ceremonies, set for Saturday, May 10, will celebrate the culmination of a lifetime of educational accomplishments for almost 2,300 students.
