The population at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center, which is called 940 by some, is seeing a large increase in inmates... almost 120 NEW inmates per month.
The inspection showed the facility met all applicable minimum standards, Executive Director Beth Ashe stated in a letter to Sheriff Robert Arnold.
