Rutherford County Sheriff's deputies used Narcan to revive a woman found unresponsive Wednesday inside the Judicial Center in downtown Murfreesboro.
The official ribbon cutting and opening ceremonies for the new Rutherford County Judical Center took place at 4:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon.
The Rutherford County Judicial Center at 116 West Lytle Street at Maple will have a community open house with ribbon cutting at 4:00 o'clock Wednesday, April 25, 2018.
Last Friday a special historical marker was placed on the new Rutherford County parking garage built to accommodate the Judicial Center. County Historian Greg Tucker noted this was to document the historical significance that piece of land has had on Murfreesboro.
Once all the moves are complete, the question of what to do with the old bank building to the left of the courts remains.
Businesses like MOAB will have until the end of the year to move before construction starts in September of 2016.
