Smyrna Police have released a photo of the suspect accused of shooting another man in the face. Authorities say at approximately 12:40 Thursday morning, they responded to a shooting at the Singh Bar and Restaurant at the corner of Sam Ridley Parkway and Weakley Lane.
We have more news on the previously reported armed robbery that was allegedly committed by Glenn Roby and Adrin Ohaekwe in Smyrna.
The occupants of the vehicles were said to be shooting at each other (reasons unknown at this time). Smyrna patrol officers did intercept one of the vehicles and both occupants are currently in custody.
At the time of his arrest, Hicks was in possession of a .22 caliber revolver, 2 - 9 mm pistols, an AR-15 rifle, marijuana for resale and meth for resale.
On September 6th, 2014 the Smyrna Police Department responded to a shooting at 379 Rock Springs Road where two victims were shot.
At what was described as a family party, two people were shot in Smyrna. The shooting occurred when two to three uninvited guest showed up at the Rock Springs Road address.

The man convicted of second degree murder after gunning down a 14-year old boy standing outside of a home in Smyrna in 2010, has asked for an appeal from the Supreme Court of Tennessee after being denied a previous appeal in 2013 by the Court of Criminal Appeals.
UPDATE: Smyrna Police say the shooting on Thursday night was a murder / suicide. Names have been released and reports indicate officers responded to the same address earlier in the week on the 14th for a domestic related call.
