An 18-year old South Rutherford Boulevard woman had to be taken to St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital after a male acquaintance reported to police she smoked synthetic marijuana.
When police arrived at the Kenslo Avenue home of James Everett Moore who goes by the alias of "LOCO," according to a police report, they found a gallon size bag of synthetic weed.
